Meet The Founder

My name is Chandra, and I'm a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing care in hormonal therapy, minor illnesses and minor aesthetics.  I am also approved by the VA to complete medical disability exams for veterans.  With over two decades of experience as a registered nurse since 2006 and clinical trial research since 2000, I understand long working days and the need to receive care in late hours.

I created this company to bridge the gap in healthcare, allowing you to receive professional medical services conveniently, quickly, and at a fair rate, whether you're at home, work, school, or any private location.

Our Services

At Rivergate Skin & Internal Medicine Clinic PLLC, we offer minor health services performed by skilled nurse practitioners through secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing or in person by appointment. Our focus includes treating minor illnesses, injuries, and skin conditions such as:

• Ear infections

• Dermatitis

• Allergy relief

• Weight Loss

• Hormone therapy

• and more...

 

While we provide comprehensive care for these conditions, we cannot replace an emergency room. If your condition is serious, you will need to go to the appropriate emergency or urgent care facility.

Prescription Refills

In addition to minor care, we offer prescription refills to bridge the gap while you await your next doctor's appointment. This includes, but is not limited to, medications for:

• Birth control

• Erectile dysfunction

• Urinary retention

• Blood pressure refills

​

 You will need to provide a picture of the current prescription by your primary provider.  Narcotics are not refilled or prescribed under any circumstance.
