Not feeling well or need an extra boost?  IV infusions can be beneficial in many ways because they are full of vitamins that boost your immune system and help to speed up recovery from illness or just improve overall health.

Infusions may be performed in clinic or in privacy of your home as a concierge service.  Add $100 to the cost of the infusion if concierge (per person). Service is 15 to 30 minutes.

If more than 3 people for service an additional clinician/RN may be present to facilitate infusions.

DOT exams $75 new provider special​

• Concierge DOT exam $175 (I will come to you within the Charlotte area only) $100 deposit required and applied to exam​

• Valid CDL

• You must have any special certification or medical clearance documentation for specified condition​

• You must have current lab tests within 45 days of exam for your specified condition (ex diabetes)​

Prescriptions for:

• Birth control refill

• STI (upon home testing confirmation...kits available at your local pharmacies)

• Pregnancy referral services (free of charge and a phone call away)

• Sexual assault referral service (free of charge and a phone call away)

Convenient weight loss program.  Prescriptions may be provided by your personal pharmacy or compound pharmacy depending on your treatment preference.

Visit is $75 plus the cost of medication.  HSA & FSA cards are accepted
