Late hours

For consultations between 12AM and 7AM EST, there will be a $45.00 surcharge in addition to our standard service fee, which starts at $55.00. This helps us maintain the high quality of care and availability during these hours.

Bookings

Booking an appointment is the same easy process as before. Simply visit our telehealth platform, CareNiva, to schedule your consultation. During the booking process, you’ll be able to select a time that’s convenient for you, regardless of the hour.

Availability

All of our services, including urgent care for minor illnesses, weight management, prescription refills, and skin condition treatments, are available 24/7. Our board-certified nurse practitioner will provide you with the same level of care and attention, no matter the time.
